Menulog worked on a pay-as-you-go commission model with no monthly subscription. Restaurants that delivered their own orders paid around 14% commission, while orders fulfilled by Menulog's courier network ran up to roughly 30%. Customers also paid a service fee (about 10% of the order value, with a minimum of around AUD$1 and a maximum of around AUD$4) plus delivery fees. No. Owner Just Eat Takeaway.com ceased Menulog's Australian operations at 23:59 on 26 November 2025 and closed New Zealand back in May 2024, with partners redirected toward Uber Eats.
