What it will surface
The RestApp AI Assistant is a copilot we're building on top of the data you already run your restaurant on: orders, menu, inventory, customers, branches, payments and loyalty. Instead of asking you to dig through reports, it surfaces what's worth your attention right now, explains it clearly, and prepares a ready-to-send action such as a promo, a win-back coupon or a shift tweak. The Assistant proposes; you decide and approve. To be clear, this is a preview of what we're prototyping, not a shipped feature. We'll be honest about what works as we open it up, and your business data won't be used to train models shared with anyone else.

It drafts the action
Alongside each flag, the Assistant prepares a ready-to-go next step: a timed promo, a win-back coupon, a menu or shift adjustment.
You approve, or don't
Nothing happens until you say so. Review the draft, tweak it, approve it, or dismiss it. Every decision stays yours.
Questions & answers
Is the AI Assistant available now?+
Not yet. It's in preview, and we're prototyping it on top of RestApp's existing data. We'll open early access gradually and be upfront about what it can and can't do at each stage.
Will it make changes to my restaurant on its own?+
No. It suggests and drafts; it never acts autonomously. It won't change prices, send messages or launch promos without your approval. Every decision stays yours.
What data will it use?+
It works from the data you already keep in RestApp: orders, menu, inventory, customers, branches, payments and loyalty. Your business data isn't used to train models shared with other companies, and we're building it to respect KVKK and GDPR principles.
Will it tell me when it's not sure?+
That's the plan. We're building it to explain its reasoning and frame suggestions as suggestions, not guarantees. We won't claim accuracy figures we can't stand behind, and the final call is always yours.
