What it will surface
RestApp already records your orders, menu, and inventory across every shift and branch. Demand & Stock Forecasting takes that history and gives you a heads-up: an early signal that a particular night looks busy, that a slow afternoon is coming, or that an item is trending toward a stock-out. This feature is in early access and not yet live; we're still building and validating it. Forecasts are estimates meant to guide your prep and ordering decisions, not guarantees, and the choice of what to act on is always yours.

It uses the orders, menu, and inventory RestApp already tracks (your real sales patterns by day, shift, and item) as the basis for every estimate.
Projects demand and stock pace
From those patterns, it projects which periods look busy or slow and how fast each item is moving against what's on hand.
Surfaces a plain-language heads-up
Instead of raw charts, you get clear prompts like "prep extra for Saturday night" or "reorder this item soon", with the reasoning shown so you can judge it.
You make the call
Every forecast is a suggestion. You approve, adjust, or ignore it. The AI never reorders stock or changes your prep on its own.

How accurate are the forecasts?+
They're estimates, not guarantees. Forecasts are projections drawn from your own sales history, and real life (weather, events, holidays) will always move things around. We won't quote a fake accuracy figure. Treat each forecast as a useful signal to inform your decision, not a certainty.
Will the AI reorder stock or change prep automatically?+
No. It suggests and flags, never acting on its own. You review each prompt and decide what to do. The final call stays with you.
What data does it use, and is my data safe?+
It runs on your restaurant's own orders, menu, and inventory inside RestApp. Your business data isn't used to train models shared with other customers, and we build with KVKK and GDPR in mind.
