Self-Service Kiosk

The queue moves itself

A kiosk takes the order, sends it to the kitchen and hands the payment to the card terminal, while your counter staff look after the guests who actually need them.

Ordering

Guests take their time, and spend more

Nobody hurries an order at a kiosk. Guests browse photos, customise items and add that extra side without a queue breathing down their neck. Kiosk baskets routinely come out larger than counter orders, and every selection lands in the kitchen exactly as it was tapped, no mishearing, no shorthand on a notepad.

Payments

Card in, receipt out, next in line

When the guest confirms the basket, the kiosk passes the exact amount to the card terminal. One contactless tap, a printed receipt, and the order is already on the kitchen display before they pocket their card. No cash handling at the counter and no mistyped totals at closing time.

One system

Same menu, same stock, same reports

The kiosk runs on the menu you already manage in RestApp. Change a price or run out of an item once, it updates on the kiosk, the EPOS and your online ordering at the same moment. Kiosk sales show up in your reports next to every other channel, not in a separate export.

Why put a kiosk at the counter?

Lunch rush maths is simple: one till, one queue, one person taking orders as fast as they can talk. A kiosk doesn't replace that person, it takes the routine orders off their hands so the line keeps moving even when you're short-staffed.

And because it's part of RestApp rather than a bolt-on, there is nothing extra to reconcile. Orders, payments and stock flow through the same system your till and kitchen already use.
